Epsilon Delta is located at the University of South Alabama in Mobile Alabama. Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia was founded on October 6, 1898 by Ossian E. Mills to encourage music in the heart and souls of everyone! Phi Mu Alpha recently celebrated its Centennial on October 6, 1998.
